About the Author
Rocky Singh and Mayur Sharma have been friends since 1976 and no one has died yet. They believe that anything worth doing must be fun and unconventional and have applied this principle to everything they do to ensure their journey continues to bring them joy. With the backing of their long-standing sponsor Apollo, their show Highway on my Plate went on to achieve cult status. Besides co-anchoring Highway on my Plate and other TV shows, they appear in television advertisements, write books, review restaurants, contribute articles on food, travel and lifestyle, host events as MCs and run a corporate training organization, working with senior leadership teams at Puma, Oracle, Pearson Education and the Ministry of External Affairs, among others. All this is done together and when they’re recovering, they are usually found lounging somewhere arguing about where to eat or travel to.
